This room is built on a simple idea: you can be honest here without performing for anyone. To keep that working, we hold each other to a few things.

Specifics over slogans

"Hustle harder" is a slogan. "Here's how I got promoted after being passed over twice" is specific. We want specifics. They help. They land.

Stories over advice

Tell us what you did and what happened. Let the brother on the other side decide what to take from it. Unsolicited advice is the lowest-value contribution in any room.

No spam, no recruiting

No MLM, no crypto pump, no political party recruiting, no religious conversion campaigns, no spam DMs. We notice. We remove.

Disagreement is welcome. Contempt is not.

You can disagree with a brother and stay in the room. The moment your post becomes about how stupid the other guy is, you've left the room and we'll ask you to come back when you're ready.
